Phillips will celebrate 10 years of Editions auctions in London with an Evening Sale led by David Hockney and Andy Warhol and featuring a selection of works from Contemporary British artists Banksy, Cecily Brown, Grayson Perry, and Rachel Whiteread, as well as a group of important Modern works by Pablo Picasso.
Dear Keith will present 140+ works of art and objects from Haring’s personal collection, all on offer from the Keith Haring Foundation – an organization established by the artist shortly before his death in 1990 from HIV/AIDS-related causes. Haring’s collection features works gifted to, purchased by and traded with Haring among friends and artists in his community, including Andy Warhol, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Kenny Scharf, and many more.
The third and final auction from the estate of Audrey Hepburn will take place online next week. Following on from last year’s hugely successful sales, the auction includes over 200 further lots from the archive of one of the most beloved screen actresses of the 20th century.
