Fondazione Prada presents the exhibition “Sanguine – Luc Tuymans on Baroque”, curated by Luc Tuymans, in its Milan venue.
Renowned Belgian painter, Luc Tuymans has curated a group exhibition of abstract art from Belgium for Parasol unit foundation for contemporary art.
In January this year, a Belgian court found Luc Tuymans guilty of plagiarism for using a photograph as the source of a painting.
Wallpaper may suggest stifling domesticity rather than cutting edge art but two artists are currently using it to radical effect.
This is an exhibition of new paintings by Luc Tuymans. On view at David Zwirner (Which Tuymans inaugurated in October 2012 with the exhibition Allo!) The Shore includes work specifically made for their London space.

The ‘1 in 11’ campaign will raise funds through individual donations and a major art auction at Sotheby’s in London on Thursday 12th February, featuring donated works by renowned artists including Takashi Murakami, Damien Hirst, Jeff Koons, Richard Serra and Shirin Neshat.
31 donated art works for Parasol unit’s 10th Anniversary realised a total of £2,092,250 at Sotheby’s this weekend.
