Dover Street Market is a unique retail concept conceived by Rei Kawakubo of Comme des Garçons and Adrian Joffe. It’s known for its curated mix of high fashion, streetwear, and art installations, creating a “beautiful chaos” environment. The original London store opened in Mayfair in 2004, and the concept has expanded to other cities like Tokyo, New York, and Los Angeles.
