Dear Keith: Works from the Personal Collection of Keith Haring

Dear Keith will present 140+ works of art and objects from Haring’s personal collection, all on offer from the Keith Haring Foundation – an organization established by the artist shortly before his death in 1990 from HIV/AIDS-related causes. Haring’s collection features works gifted to, purchased by and traded with Haring among friends and artists in his community, including Andy Warhol, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Kenny Scharf, and many more.

Marlborough is to present Selected Works from the Collection of Holly Solomon 1968-1981 curated by Thomas Solomon.
The exhibition documents new directions in contemporary American art and illuminates how collector, gallerist and early supporter of some of the 20th century’s leading artists, Holly Solomon embarked on building an art collection reflecting one of the most radical periods of change in modern art.

Andy Warhol new Shadows exhibition coming soon

In addition to Warhol’s highly anticipated retrospective at New York’s Whitney Museum of American Art, the Dia Art Foundation is planning an ambitious reunion of Warhol’s monumental Shadows. Up to 50 of the series’ brightly coloured canvases, will take over the Calvin Klein headquarters in Manhattan this October.
