The Marmite Prize for Painting IV Tonight
The Marmite Prize for Painting announced their shortlist of 32 artists artists a few days ago.
“These artists in an act of generosity and accessibility have made their works available for affordable prices so that art collectors old and new are able to invest in some of the most promising and established collectible artists whom normally usually sell upwards of £500”.

The three artists appropriate the medium variously. Lia Anna Hennig’s world of drawing is a vast and intricate network of marks which accumulate to produce astonishingly dynamic spaces, with constantly surprising images, figures and pictures found within the larger amalgamations.
