As if I haven’t feasted on enough Art this week I walked made the 25 minute walk from my hotel in soho, over to the Lower East side to a much smaller art fair. The Cutlog contemporary art fair is in its second year here in NYC, their aim is to show case artist form all over the world offering them the opportunity to get global visibility . I was blown away firstly by the Dutch new gothic building, and secondly by the work of Serbian Artist Mane Sakic.
This man really gets in touch with the canvas and makes many of the marks with his bare hands. They feel like sculptural paintings.
