Wednesday 17th April – 27th April Gallery Different 14 Percy Street London W1T 1DR

Art Below’s ‘Thatcherstic’ opens at London’s Gallery Different with a private view Today Wednesday 17th April (on same day as Thatcher’s funeral) and features 10 artists depictions of ‘The Iron Lady’. The show is open to the public for 10 days. 10 artists, 10 days tying in with the ‘No.10’ theme.

Confirmed artists so far include Johan Andersson, Kennard Phillipps, Harry Pye, Nasser Azam, Jonny Briggs, Matt Small, and Carne Griffiths. (more to be announced soon)

Selected works from the exhibition are due to feature at Westminster tube from the 22nd April including a large pixellated close-up of Margaret Thatcher’s tearful eye whilst leaving Downing Street for the last time by Saatchi New Sensations Winner Jonny Briggs.
