The forthcoming exhibition “Viewfinder” at Carter presents includes the work of Dan Hays,
Gavin Lockheart, John Stark and Mark Wright.
“Viewfinder” brings together painters who’s work evoke feelings of the unattainable and asks questions about the value of landscape within contemporary painting by using a diverse range of imagery both from primary and secondary sources in the creation of accomplished, powerful and unsettling works.
The Private View will be followed by a barbecue party at Durham Yard (off Teesdale street)
