Frieze London will return to The Regent’s Park from 14th–18th October 2026 with its strongest emphasis yet on discovery, bringing together 171 galleries from 42 countries and regions alongside new curated sections, artist-led nominations and a growing international presence.
The 2026 edition places artists, younger galleries and emerging voices at the forefront of the visitor experience, reinforcing Frieze London’s role as one of the most influential platforms for contemporary art worldwide. Held alongside Frieze Masters, the fair forms the centrepiece of London Art Week, drawing the international art world to the capital for five days of exhibitions, events, public art and gallery programming.
This year’s fair opens with prominent solo presentations by Márcia Falcão, presented by Fortes d’Aloia & Gabriel, and Agata Ingarden with Berthold Pott, setting the tone for a fair built around new perspectives and ambitious artistic presentations.

“This can be seen in new sections like The Code Universe at Frieze London and curatorial threads like Queering Modernism at Frieze Masters.”
Among the most significant additions is The Code Universe, a new curated section organised by Carol Yinghua Lu, Director of the Inside-Out Art Museum in Beijing. Bringing together cross-generational artists from the mid-1980s to the present, the section examines how contemporary artists respond to mass culture, media systems and consumer society through solo presentations by artists including Carolyn Lazard, Nikita Kadan, Selma Selman and Shinro Ohtake.
The fair’s popular Artist-to-Artist section also returns with support from Tiffany & Co. Now in its fourth edition, the initiative sees established artists nominate peers whose work they believe deserves greater international visibility. This year’s presentations include artists selected by Firelei Báez, Jeffrey Gibson, Otobong Nkanga, Louise Giovanelli, Gala Porras-Kim and Yinka Shonibare.
Meanwhile, Focus, supported by Stone Island, continues its mission of championing younger galleries. Dedicated to galleries established within the last twelve years, the section has become one of the fair’s most closely watched platforms for emerging artists and experimental presentations. New participants this year include 243 Luz, Chemould CoLab, Ehrlich Steinberg and Linseed, alongside returning galleries such as Rose Easton, Harlesden High Street, Niru Ratnam and Gallery Vacancy.
Frieze London’s international reach continues to expand, with strong representation from across Asia, Africa, Latin America, Europe and North America. Returning exhibitors include Gagosian, Hauser & Wirth, White Cube, David Zwirner, Pace, Thaddaeus Ropac, Sprüth Magers and Victoria Miro, while London’s gallery scene remains strongly represented through participants including The Approach, Carlos/Ishikawa, Emalin, Herald St, Kate MacGarry and Maureen Paley.

Alongside Frieze London, Frieze Masters will bring together nearly 140 galleries spanning ancient civilisations, Old Masters, modern art and post-war practice. Highlights include the return of Spotlight, the second edition of Reflections, and a new fair-wide curatorial thread, Queering Modernism: Visual Languages of the 20th Century, which revisits modern art history through LGBTQIA+ perspectives.
Together, the two fairs will once again transform The Regent’s Park into the focal point of the international art world this October, combining contemporary discovery with art-historical depth in one of the most anticipated weeks of the cultural calendar.
