Curious Duke Gallery has expanded to cope with its continued success. First opened in 2011, Curious Duke only intended to be a short-term pop-up but her unique concept proved so successful that ‘the Duchess of Whitecross Street’ went on to create a permanent ‘anti-gallery’ – London’s only art space to specialise in affordable urban and contemporary works.
Having cemented its position on the UK art scene championing surreal and urban artwork, Curious Duke Gallery now represents around 100 emerging and mid-career artists from a variety of different genres all of whom have a constantly developing unique portfolio and real gumption!
Eleni Duke comments, “We are so excited to be launching our new expanded space”. Our new gallery space includes ‘The Den’ showcasing our artists all year round whilst solo shows go on in the main gallery. We have an incredible calendar of events coming up in 2017 including solo shows from Louise McNaught and Roy’s People.”
