Baltagiannis explores the dynamics of body and space through a repetitive photographic process, resulting in an unexpected and voyeuristic game.
His artworks are monoprints; to reinforce the sense of intimacy and to celebrate the uniqueness of the process. The digital file is destroyed, once the image is materialised as a printed object.
Yiannis Baltagiannis lives and works in London. His work has been included at the International Print Biennale, Laing Art Gallery, Newcastle (2011).
