Something For The Weekend


Nice and Sunny on Saturday but maybe raining on Sunday a bit bored of another barbecue? Or getting pissed in a pub with the same old boring faces ? Or being stuck in some traffic Jam on the way to the beach where the sea is all polluted etc etc ? Well why dont you just switch of your TV Set and go and do something less boring instead ??

So what to do ? Here are some of the places and events FAD will checking out.

Sat
Start in Central London Antony Gormley at White Cube Masons Yard

Then a great little show at Gagosian Gallery Davies Street– Friendships and Connections in London and Paris the vibrant exchange of ideas and influences between Francis Bacon, Lucian Freud and Alberto Giacometti.

Then East for Jonathan Wateridge at The Tramshead Large Art V cool.

Then if we have time really want to catch Lingering Whispers at The Crypt, St Pancras Church before it ends.

Sunday
This is a really easy one gonna head east and just spend all day in and around the Truman Brewery
We willl be checking out some ofthe best new talent in Design at free range
and looking for art bargains at the Vauxhall Car Boot Fair
