Temporary Art Space, The Piece Hall, Halifax (UK) March 2009

We are looking for proposals for work to be included in the inaugural exhibition Temporary Art Show which will launch the six month programme of events in Temporary Art Space in the magnificent Grade 1 listed Piece Hall in Halifax. Temporary Art Space is an independent, unfunded, artist-run project co-directed by Alice Bradshaw, Bob Milner, Tom Senior, Kevin Boniface & Georgia Boniface.
Following on from the hugely successful exhibition of the same name in neighbouring Huddersfield, the people who are running this art project prepare to be challenged, laughed at or be ignored with an exhibition of their own work along with other invited artists who respond to the broadly loose theme of ‘temporary’. No previous experience of art necessary.
