A new contender in urban mobility has arrived—and it looks more like a design object than a conventional e-bike.

Infinite Machine has officially launched Olto, its much-anticipated bike-lane-ready electric vehicle, now available nationwide across the US. Designed in Brooklyn and distributed from Long Island City, Queens, Olto blends minimalist industrial design with smart technology, positioning itself somewhere between an e-bike, scooter and compact electric motorcycle.

With a starting price of $3,495, a 40-mile range, two-person seating and a hot-swappable slide-in battery, Olto has been purpose-built for fast-moving city life—offering riders a frictionless way to navigate urban streets without the burdens of fuel, parking or conventional commuting.
“Olto is a tool designed for people to explore their cities freely, without friction. Hop on, go for a ride, park wherever, charge anywhere,”
said Joseph Cohen, CEO and cofounder of Infinite Machine.
“We can’t wait for people to experience Olto.”

Machined from aircraft-grade anodized aluminium, Olto’s angular silhouette feels closer to automotive design than cycling culture, with a dual-suspension frame, silent rear hub motor, integrated lighting system and concealed passenger footpegs all adding to its highly considered form. The vehicle reaches speeds of up to 28 mph, while built-in software allows it to remain compliant with local e-bike regulations where needed.
But it’s the technology ecosystem around the vehicle that pushes Olto into a new category. The dedicated mobile app acts as a digital key—unlocking the vehicle automatically as the rider approaches—while also providing ride history, battery monitoring and over-the-air software updates. Security features include integrated GPS tracking, automatic locking, a built-in alarm system and a discreet compartment designed to hold an Apple AirTag for extra peace of mind.
Modularity is another key part of the design. Accessories, including cargo baskets, child carriers, storage racks and removable panels, allow Olto to shift easily between commuter vehicle, family transporter and urban utility machine.
To mark the launch, Infinite Machine has enlisted a distinctly New York cast for its campaign—including Jadakiss and Fabolous alongside ballet dancers, steelworkers and creatives—capturing Olto not simply as a product, but as part of the city’s wider cultural fabric.

Part mobility solution, part lifestyle object, Olto reflects a growing appetite for electric transport that is smarter, cleaner and considerably more stylish.
In a world increasingly shaped by compact, connected urban living, Infinite Machine’s latest vehicle suggests the future of commuting may look less like a bicycle—and more like something entirely new.
