Today, EDGLRD announced the highly anticipated limited theatrical release of Harmony Korine’s latest film AGGRO DR1FT.
For one week only this May 10th-16th, 2024 AGGRO DR1FT will screen at independent theaters across nearly 20 key locations nationwide: Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Brooklyn, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Nashville, New York, Portland, Raleigh, San Francisco, and Washington DC.
The limited theatrical release provides a special opportunity for fans across the country to experience the film on the big screen. This news follows the film’s successful run at film festivals in Venice, Toronto, and New York last fall, as well as sold-out experiential screenings as part of the AGGRO DR1FT Tour in Los Angeles and New York. The tour will make stops in New York, London, and Tokyo this spring, allowing audiences to view AGGRO DR1FT alongside DJ sets by Harmony Korine/EDGLRD, AraabMuzik, Evian Christ, and special guests.
Shot entirely through thermal lens, AGGRO DR1FT takes place in the seedy domain of Miami’s criminal underbelly. The movie follows a seasoned hitman as he embarks on the relentless pursuit of his next target and navigates a twisted world where violence and madness reign supreme. Tensions unravel, leading to a psychedelic journey that blurs the lines between predator and prey. The film features Jordi Molla and Travis Scott.
