
Week of Performances: Tuesday 14th – Saturday 18th October
The ICA is presenting a series of performances at The Old Selfridges Hotel to coincide with Frieze Week. The week-long programme will encompass performance, music, art, dance and discussion. Participants include Brooklyn-based dance artist Isabel Lewis with Frieze Projects, and artist Korakrit Arunanondchai. Talks, in collaboration with Rhizome, will examine the impact digital technology is having on contemporary art practice. Further partners include Siobhan Davies Dance and NTS Radio.

Art Night, London’s favourite contemporary art festival, will celebrate its fifth edition by taking place in 10 locations across the United Kingdom for the first time this summer.

Hyundai Motor Company and Rhizome of the New Museum have partnered to support innovative digital art endeavours and exhibitions through to 2022. The debut exhibition, World on a Wire, has just opened on worldonawire.net, as well as the Hyundai Motorstudio in Beijing.

Four international partners, the Serpentine Galleries in London, Independent Curators International (ICI) in New York, Kaldor Public Art Projects in Sydney and Google Arts & Culture team up to connect people across the globe via instructions for DIY artworks.

Jefferson Hack and I managed to catch up at the start of London Frieze Week. We spoke about his new exhibition, TRANSFORMER: A Rebirth Of Wonder, which he curated at 180 Strand.
