ARTNEWS: Lucy Clout has won the Jerwood/Film and Video Umbrella Award

Lucy Clout has won the Jerwood/Film and Video Umbrella Award. She receives a commission of £20,000 to work on a major new moving-image work, which will premier at Jerwood Space, London and CCA: Centre for Contemporary Arts, Glasgow, in 2015. The award was selected by Steven Bode, Shonagh Manson, Francis McKee, Sarah Williams, Catherine Wood and Ed Atkins.

Clout is currently exhibiting at the Jerwood Space, London (to 27th April) and CCA: Centre for Contemporary Arts, Glasgow (to 21st April) in ‘What Will They See Of Me’, featuring the four artists shortlisted for the award.
