Andy Picci has developed over time a way of photographing his models his own: he locked himself in places deprived of light and illuminates the subject with a flashlight. This technique allows him to highlight only the parts of the image he deems interesting.
In 2012, he decided to photograph Thomas Mustaki: a young Swiss painter with severe anxiety. His paintings are, in some way, a representation of his hallucinations that he must fight against daily. Andy decides for this series of portraits, the light with colored lights. He transcribed and the world of dream or nightmare inside Thomas against the unreal reality, the artist against his demons.
