Jadé Fadojutimi (b. 1993, London, UK) creates lush, emotionally charged paintings that oscillate between abstraction and fleeting figuration. Her canvases are layered with sweeping gestures, vibrating colour and marks that feel both impulsive and meticulously tuned, forming environments where memory, fantasy and sensory experience collide. Drawing from anime, fashion, soundtracks and the textures of daily life, she builds visual worlds that pulse with movement—landscapes of feeling rather than place.
Fadojutimi’s practice embraces the instability of identity and the fluidity of perception. Through shifting palettes and intricate, interlaced forms, she treats painting as a space of continual becoming, where thoughts and emotions surface, dissolve and recombine. Energetic, introspective and deeply immersive, her work offers a vivid map of interior life in motion.
