Wes Anderson director enlists his go-to collaborator Jason Schwartzman for a stylized, eight-minute film on Italian Formula 1.
Wes Anderson’s mainstay Jason Schwartzman stars in Castello Cavalcanti, a throwback to classic Italian cinema, regarded by PRADA as “an extension of the cinematic scope of the Prada universe.”
Clocking in at eight minutes, the film follows Formula 1 racer Jed Cavalcanti during the Molte Miglia rally in September 1955. After crashing his car, Jed reconnects with elderly townsfolk who might be part of his extended family.
