The Krause Gallery in NYC will be exhibiting the works of New York-based blood artist, Jordan Eagles, from 3 March, 2011.
Eagles preserves blood, dutifully salvaged from slaughterhouses, within UV resin and acrylic plexiglass. It’s swirled and splattered in distinct, organic patterns, described by the curator as “reminiscent of fire, crystals, outer space, galactic shrapnel and skin.”
If you want to see his work in person, his solo exhibition BARC (Blood, Acrylic, Resin and Copper) will be on show at the Krause Gallery in New York from 3 March to 1 May, 2011.
