ART FOR CHANGE, a leading art platform for the socially conscious collector, is pleased to announce three upcoming releases from artists Arghavan Khosravi, Hein Koh, and Maggie Ellis benefiting Planned Parenthood Greater New York (PPGNY). Specially commissioned by ART FOR CHANGE, these prints will debut to collectors worldwide the week of August 15 with ART FOR CHANGE donating a portion of proceeds to PPGNY in support of the fight for reproductive justice across the country.
“The Supreme Court’s decision on June 24 shook the nation, we are proud to partner with such a prominent organization as Planned Parenthood of Greater New York and are in awe of their unwavering dedication to fighting for reproductive rights. Now more than ever, showing our support is imperative to the health and liberty of our society.”
said ART FOR CHANGE Founder, Jeanne Masel.
The consequences of abortion bans fall largely on people who already face the greatest barriers to health care due to this country’s legacy of racism and discrimination, including Black, Latinx, and Indigenous communities, people with low incomes, LGBTQ+ people, immigrants, and people living in rural areas. As developments of this case continue to evolve, ART FOR CHANGE will always stand with those who advocate, provide resources, and support all affected.
The first print from Maggie Ellis will be released on August 15th, followed by the second release from Hein Kohn on August 17th, and finally the third from Arghavan Khosravi on August 19th. As in all ART FOR CHANGE series, artists will receive 50% of net proceeds from print sales. All available at artforchange.com
