5 Los Angeles Art Fairs to visit during Art Week

Late February sees Los Angeles shift into full Art Week mode, as a constellation of fairs spreads across the city — from airport hangars and hotel suites to new pop-up venues and independent platforms. Anchored by Frieze Los Angeles, the week brings together heavyweight galleries, boutique upstarts, artist-run initiatives and room-by-room takeovers, creating a decentralised circuit that reflects LA’s sprawling, hybrid cultural landscape. Here’s a guide to the fairs shaping the city…

Frieze Los Angeles

Frieze Los Angeles returns to the Santa Monica Airport from 26th February to 1st March 2026, marking its seventh edition and fourth year at the site. The fair once again unfolds within a custom-built structure that echoes the city’s indoor–outdoor rhythm, offering an immersive setting designed for movement, discovery and exchange. As Los Angeles continues to evolve, the fair maintains its role as a catalyst for collaboration, bringing together artists, galleries and audiences shaping contemporary culture locally and globally. @friezeofficial

Felix Art Fair

Felix LA, the contemporary art fair modeled after the intimate hotel fair format popularized in the 1990s, has announced the exhibitor list for its 8th edition, taking place February 25th-March 1st, 2026, at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. Felix LA 2026 will showcase exhibitors from around the world, including galleries from Tokyo, Chicago, Buenos Aires, Milan, Seoul, Miami, London, Dallas, New York, and Los Angeles. @felixartfair

Enzo

ENZO is a new boutique art fair launching in Los Angeles this February, coinciding with Frieze LA. Bringing together over 10 young galleries from New York’s Chinatown and Lower East Side, ENZO places the energy of Downtown Manhattan’s gallery scene into direct conversation with Los Angeles’s distinct cultural rhythm. @enzo.losangeles

The Other Art Fair Los Angeles

TOAF returns to Los Angeles during Art Week at a brand new Culver City venue, 3Labs. Showcasing a dynamic mix of 155 emerging and established independent artists (65% brand new to the fair, including 45% local LA artists), this fair’s list includes notable artists, Vanessa Valero, Xan Padron, Alec Cumming, and Los Angeles-based artists Kiara Aileen Machado, Michael Bove, and Carrie Cramer.

This year marks one year since the Altadena fire tragedy, and TOAF are supporting Altadena Brick by Brick, a new nonprofit created in the wake of the Eton Fires, continuing the fair’s commitment to community impact. @theotherartfair

Startup Art Fair

For three days only, over 80 independent artists take over The Kinney Venice Beach hotel, turning every room into a one-of-a-kind contemporary art experience you won’t find anywhere else. @startupartfair
