SAVE THE DATE, FUNDRAISER! Monday 16th December, at 8pm. As Piccalilli approach their third year, they have launched their annual fundraiser, with their ethos, ‘Artists Supporting Artists’, remaining at the core of this effort. This initiative directly supports their programmed artists, providing them with funds to realise ambitious exhibitions, allowing for time, research, and production costs.
100% of sales will be evenly distributed among the six exhibitions programmed for 2025. Over the past two years, the annual fundraiser has enabled Piccalilli to award funds of £765 and £560 per artist which has been used to realise their exhibitions. The aim is to reach the highest total yet, to help support an ambitious programme next year.
There are two ways to support Piccalilli’s 2025 programme
Sale of artworks: The new artworks will be available to buy through the gallery’s forthcoming crowdfunding page.
General Prize Draw: The chance to win an artwork for £10! The artworks from 2024’s fundraiser will be available to win through a general prize draw, also hosted on the gallery’s crowdfunding page. Participants can buy a draw ticket at £10 each, entering into the chance to win an artwork.
For example, if the draw raises £1,000, the first winner can select an artwork of their choosing as can the next winner. This continues until the total value of £1,000 has been distributed. All general prize draw artworks are also available to buy outright. Email if you’re interested
