We love Hourglass’s collaboration with Andrés Reisinger

We love Hourglass’s collaboration with Andrés Reisinger an art installation that merged the digital and physical realms and invited people to experience the unreal in real life.

Reisinger, a globally renowned artist known to digitally take over iconic architectural locations around the world with his dream-like pink drapes, is created a rare physical installation. In collaboration with Hourglass, Andrés Reisinger brought his viral pink-hued aesthetic and other elements from his globally renowned “Take Over” digital series to life, making the unreal, real.

The disruptive art installation was unveiled to celebrate the opening of the Unreal Liquid Blush pop-up. The live installation and cultural concept marked the launch of Hourglass’s Unreal Liquid Blush, an innovative, skincare-infused collection delivering unreal results and a surreal flush.

One of Reisinger’s viral Hortensia chairs, on loan from Moooi was also on display at the pop-up each chair is crafted from 20,000 petals to translate the digital texture for the real world.
