Royal College of Art reveals details of RCA2024.

RCA2024, a series of exhibitions, events and activities showcasing the work of students from the Royal College of Art (RCA), will run from 20th June to 4th August 2024.

Taking place across five weeks in the summer in London, this is a celebration of the innovative and
boundary-pushing work of artists, designers and creative practitioners from the world’s leading
university for art and design.

The official schedule of exhibitions, events and activities from the RCA’s School of Arts & Humanities, School of Design, School of Architecture, and School of Communication is:

School of Arts & Humanities postgraduate exhibitions and events 20th – 23rd June:
MA work in Ceramics & Glass, Contemporary Art Practice, Curating Contemporary Art, History of
Design, Jewellery & Metal, Painting, Photography, Print, Sculpture, Writing and MFA Arts &
Humanities.
RCA Battersea Campus
20 – 23 June,12pm – 6pm except Friday 21, 12pm – 7.30pm.

School of Design postgraduate exhibitions and events 12th — 14th July and 19th – 21st July:

Part 1: MA work in Service Design and Textiles, and MDes Design Futures alongside the work of MA
Intelligent Mobility students. RCA Battersea Campus 12th July – 14th July

Part 2: MA work in Design Products, Fashion, Global Innovation Design and Innovation Design
Engineering. RCA Battersea Campus 19th July – 21st July

School of Architecture postgraduate exhibitions and events – including MA Architecture, MA Environmental Architecture, MA City Design and MA Interior Design 12th – 14th July:

19th – 21th July: MA Information Experience Design

26th – 28th July: MA Visual Communication and MA Digital Direction
RCA’s White City campus, and in the surrounding area
Friday 26th July, 12pm – 7:30pm, Saturday to Sunday 27th – 28th July, 12pm – 6pm
MA Digital Direction will also hold events at Outernet, central London.

2nd – 4th August: MA Animation and MFA Communication
RCA’s White City campus, and in the surrounding area (MA Animation and MFA Communication),
plus screenings at the RCA’s Battersea campus (MA Animation).

About the RCA2024 visual identity
The visual identity for RCA2024 has been designed by Studio Koseda, led by RCA alumnus
Sebastian Koseda (MA Visual Communication, 2015). The distinct identities are contemporary,
cutting-edge and innovative, weaving together 3D modelling and animation with pressing, student-led
statements on the future of art and design.
