CryptoPunks get physical with Avant Arte’s help. Avant Arte has announced a new partnership with Yuga Labs to bring all 10,000 CryptoPunks into the physical realm for the first time with two physical, time-limited print editions, made by Avant Arte’s master printmakers, Make-Ready.
10,000 On Chain is a time-limited print edition featuring all 10,000 Punks in the iconic collection. The print edition opens up the Punk community to anyone, offering fans of the seminal CryptoPunks project the chance to acquire a piece of Punk artwork for the first time. Measuring 60cm x60cm, the UV pigment print with a silkscreen matte varnish seal will be made by Avant Arte’s master printmakers, Make-Ready in London and will be authenticated by both a physical Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) and a digital CoA for collectors to add to their wallet.
It will be available to all exclusively on avantarte.com for €600.00 for 48 hours only from 08:00 PT /13:00 ET/ 16:00 BST on 26th October 2023. 10,000 On Chain opens up new avenues for people to experience CryptoPunks, a collection reaching icon status in crypto and the broader culture.

Alongside this release and within the same time frame, Avant Arte will also offer Punk holders exclusively the chance to commission physical prints of their Punk(s) — Punk On-Chain. The Punk On-Chain print edition brings Avant Arte’s expertise in print-making to Punks holders for the first time.
The Punk On-Chain commissioning window will be open for 48 hours only from 08:00 PT /13:00 ET/ 16:00 BST on 26th October 2023. Each work will be made to order by Avant Arte’s master printmakers, Make-Ready. The print(s) will measure 40cm x 40cm unframed, be authenticated by the Punk NFT, and cost €600.00.
This is the first official fine art print by CrypoPunks, and we wanted to honor every pixel of the collection while also allowing holders to experience their Punk in a new way, in a new context. We chose to showcase the Punk in its purest form as it appears on-chain: a PNG with a transparent background and seen in relation to the entirety of the collection. Translating digital icons to this physical medium has been quite the undertaking, but Avant Arte has approached this project with the highest integrity and attention to detail. This collaboration is for both the Punk collector and the Punk curious, offering an avenue for anyone who appreciates art to collect a piece of the collection that shepherded the modern digital art movement.

Created by technologists Matt Hall and John Watkinson of Larva Labs, CryptoPunks is one of the earliest innovations of an NFT collection on Ethereum that helped pioneer the modern CryptoArt movement, and a sustained community around it.
