Cicek Gallery was founded in 2021 by Berfin Cicek, a British Kurdish artist from North London. Cicek’s mission has been to support artists through the often challenging art world, with a specific focus on working with artists of different ethnic minorities, sexual orientations, and female artists. Aside from Cicek Gallery’s regular exhibition schedule, the new fair format gives our represented artists a fresh opportunity to engage with a new collector base in North London, with all artworks priced under £2,000.

It’s very important to us to offer a variated exhibition schedule for our artists, of which Cicek Art Fair will now feature as a major annual event. Ever since we founded this gallery, we have pushed to reach new and diverse audiences. Following our three successful exhibitions in Soho, it’s a delight to be finally
exhibiting in North London.
