MONTHLY DOG HYGIENE TO-DO CHECKLIST

Keeping your dog clean and healthy can be a daunting task, but with this comprehensive dog hygiene checklist, it doesn’t have to be! There are many things to consider when it comes to your dog’s hygiene, such as dry shampooing, brushing their teeth and keeping their nails trimmed. But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. This checklist will help you keep your dog on track with their health and hygiene routine, so they can stay happy and healthy!

Here is a handy checklist to help keep a tab on your dog’s hygiene and health:

– Bathe your dog regularly: Depending on your dog’s activity level and coat type, you should be bathing them anywhere from once a week to once a month. Be sure to use a gentle dog shampoo that won’t dry out their skin.

– Brush their teeth: Just like humans, dogs need to have their teeth brushed regularly to prevent plaque buildup and gum disease. You can use a special dog toothbrush and toothpaste, or even just a finger brush with some water.

– Keep their nails trimmed: Overgrown nails can be painful for your dog, so it’s important to keep them trimmed on a regular basis. You can either do this yourself at home or take them to a professional groomer.

-Clean Eyes:  Dogs can get eye infections just like humans, so it’s important to keep their eyes clean. Use a damp cloth to gently wipe away any discharge from their eyes.

– Clean Ears: Dogs’ ears are especially prone to infection, so it’s important to keep them clean and dry. Use a cotton ball or pad soaked in dog ear

Dry shampoo for dogs: If your dog doesn’t like baths, or you don’t have time for one, dry shampooing is a great alternative. Just be sure to choose a dry shampoo specifically designed for dogs so it won’t irritate their skin.
