The Tsai residence, an upstate New York property designed by Ai Weiwei and HHF architects is currently on the market for $5.25 million. Originally conceived for two art collectors, the property sits in 37 acres it was completed in 2008. Tsai is clad in corrugated galvanized iron reminiscent of agricultural utility buildings. However, the design uses vertical corrugations and finishes that create a more luxurious feel.
It also has a rocking outdoor swimming pool.
The entire property, which spans 37 acres, is currently listed for $5.25 million.
