Hauser & Wirth Somerset have announced their first ever International Curatorial Symposium: ‘Adventurous Curators – International Perspectives’ taking place at Hauser & Wirth Somerset on Monday 10 July.
The symposium will be a forum for reflection and thought-provoking discussions around the different models of contemporary art galleries.
Speakers include: Daniel Baumann, Director, Kunsthalle Zürich; Gary Carrion-Murayari, Associate Curator, The New Museum, New York; Rosie Cooper, Head of Exhibitions, De La Warr Pavilion, Bexhill-on-Sea; Anne Ellegood, Senior Curator, The Hammer Museum, Los Angeles; and Jonathan Watkins, Director, Ikon Gallery, Birmingham as chair.
Tickets are £100 per person (£70 for students) and include refreshments and two-course lunch with a glass of wine in the Roth Bar & Grill.
