Elaine Buckholtz’s Easy Rider spotlights the Phoenix Hotel pool and creates a gauzy pink atmosphere outside guest room gallery entrances.
Inside, Chat Room is both a lounge and a spontaneous exhibition area of performative artworks that are activated by their interaction with the viewer. Works in Chat Room include The Locksmithing Graduate Institute and Chris Vargas’ MOTHA: Museum of Transgender Hirstory & Art.
