Titled ‘For the Love of Comic Relief’, the prints feature Hirst’s iconic diamond encrusted skull ‘For the Love of God’ finished with a glittery Red Nose. One of the 50 limited edition lithographic prints will be hung in the Tate Modern, from Friday 22nd to Sunday 24th February, on level 0, for the public to see. Available for purchase exclusively from Other Criteria, the prints will be on display in both the Bond Street and Hinde Street stores from Monday 25th February.

“This is the third time I have collaborated with Comic Relief for Red Nose Day, they do great things, and it is an epic and far reaching charity. Sometimes art is taken too seriously so it’s good to be able to laugh at myself; if you don’t laugh you will cry and it’s good to bring humour into fundraising. I hope this sparkly red nose will raise a smile and lots of money.”
The prints are portrait sized at 20 x 24 inches (unframed) and are being sold for £2500 each. One hundred per cent of the proceeds from the sale of each print will go directly to Comic Relief (registered charity 326568 (England/Wales); SC039730 (Scotland)).
