Art Los Angeles Contemporary

The main section of LA Art week is located in a hangar inside Santa Monica Airport.
Over 60 galleries gathered here and produced the most daring and innovative contemporary art show challenging the conservatives collectors to open their eyes and horizons.

Los Angeles is well known as an “open-minded” art market and most of the galleries registered good sales . There where no super VIP’s or hollywood actors but casually dressed high net worth individuals buyers that where very interested in the work on display and ready to buy top level art.

The high quality of the artworks exhibited and the huge success of this fair seems to solidify what people have been saying for a while that LA is becoming a serious player in the contemporary art world.
