About VITRINE
VITRINE is now accepting applications for a Summer residency in Bermondsey, London.
Founded and directed by Alys Williams, since 2010, VITRINE is a contemporary art gallery based across two spaces in Bermondsey.

Dedicated to working with emerging and mid-career artists across all media and focusing on cross-disciplinary practices, VITRINE has establishing a strong reputation as a nurturer of new talent in London.

About the residency
The residency offers four artists – with cross-disciplinary practices – the space, support and opportunity to make work towards a Summer exhibition at the gallery.
The residency is open to London-based, national and international artists. They welcome applications from artists across all media.

Artists working site-specifically and/ or with public space, and those working with performance, sound, installation, photography and video, are encourage to apply with Bermondsey Square a great location for artist to explore and experiment with performance in a public realm.

Key dates
The application deadline is this Friday, 16 May 2014
Successful applicants will be announced by Monday 19 May 2014.
The residency season runs from 16 June through to 17 August 2014.
The exhibition, and accompanying events, runs from 18 August through to 31 August 2014.
