Home 3, Olaf Breuning Artists’ Film Club: Olaf Breuning

New York-based artist Olaf Breuning’s Home trilogy is the subject of this screening. Each 30 minute film follows Breuning’s alter ego, played by Brian Kerstetter, as he travels to a range of exotic locations across the globe in a continual state of cultural anxiety.
The artist will be present for a Q&A after the screening.
Olaf Breuning Home 1-3 is curated by Elea Himmelsbach and Carsten Recksik.
The screening will now begin at 7pm.
About the artist.
Olaf Bruenning (b. 1970 Schaffhausen, Switzerland). Recent solo exhibitions and screenings include The HOME Trilogy, Metro Pictures, New York (2013), Camelpos Femina,Carbon 12, Dubai (2013) and Human Nature, The Box, Pippy Houldsworth Gallery, London (2012). He has participated in numerous group exhibitions including The Circus as a Parallel Universe, Kunsthalle Wien, Vienna (2013), Liverpool Biennial, United Kingdom (2013), Out of Focus: Photography, Saatchi Gallery, London (2013).
