Keira Rathbone is an artist who uses a typewriter as her tool! “The use of vintage typewriters to create my art, typing out letters, numbers and symbols in place of brush strokes and pixels result in beautiful enigmatic images,”
Rathbone first started experimenting with this “type” of art when she was at her university. She purchased an old typewriter from a flea market with the hope that she would soon use it to write something. Her first piece proved to be promising, and soon she realized that she could explore this new art form much further.
