PREMIERE: Iain Forsyth & Jane Pollard Do you Love Me Like I Love You Wednesday 23rd Feb 2011 at South London Gallery

WED 23rd FEB, 7PM, £5/£3 CONC
As part of their exhibition PUBLICSFEAR, Iain Forsyth & Jane Pollard present the world premiere of their film about the acclaimed Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds album No More Shall We Part.

Featuring a compelling collage of famous, infamous and unknown individuals talking directly to camera about what the album and the music of Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds means to them, Do You Love Me Like I Love You is followed by a Q&A with the artists chaired by musician and writer Max Décharné.

The 40 minute film is a subjective human portrait of this landmark album told through those who have loved the music. The film features Nick Zinner of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, fashion designer Bella Freud, legendary writer Larry ‘Ratso’ Sloman, musician Gavin Friday and film director John Hillcoat.

Since 2007 the artists have worked with Nick Cave on numerous projects including music videos and producing the 3D soundtrack for the audiobook of his novel The Death of Bunny Munro. In 2009 they were invited to produce a series of 14 films to accompany the reissues of the Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds back catalogue.
