When a study was recently published attributing beards to trustworthiness, it gave validation to grandfathers, sea captains and Williamsburg residents alike. An upcoming show called Magnificent Specimens, will display an epic collection of portraits from the 2009 World Beard and Mustache Championship taken by photographer Dave Mead.
