As part of Gormleys rather quaint “One and Other” 4th Plinth proposal, James Cauty will single handedly re-enact of the BLOODY POLL TAX RIOT of 1990 as “a representation of the whole of humanity”.
Following this enactment all other acts will be cancelled and the statue pictured in this fine commemorative print will be erected as a monument to the victorious. James Cauty
