Artistic licence: the creative use of the London Underground Roundel in posters

A talk by Claire Dobbin, Project Curator, London Transport Museum, on the history of the ‘creative’ roundel, the symbol for London Underground and London’s transport system which looks at how artists have playfully used it in poster designs for nearly 100 years. Organised in association with 100 Years, 100 Artists, 100 Works of Art and Art on the Underground. This event will be British Sign Language Interpreted.
