Went to the Greenfest on Sunday , lots of stalls trying to get sign up – cycles, save the planet, go green g-wizz etc – had a talk from the local MP called David and very Cameron in outlook he was, tories are very green etc
I remember when these events where run by lefty red psedo/anarcho revolutionaries
(like my dad) looking like people from paris 68 now they all look like successful middle class people wearing shirts and khaki’s ,whatever happened to the left wing?
Anyway the reason we went was to see
The Lonesome Cowboys from Hell, Frank E. the Lonely Woodsman and Blind ‘Gentleman’ Jk-ee ( friends of our very own FSGB –)
They sang about mc donalds and corporate greed with bits of pro fany T
The kids loved them and so did I .
A great way to spend a Sunday afternoon in SW London.
The performance was Dedicated To the memory of John E. Cashmoney (Nik Houghton 1955-2006).
