This moment is a presentation of ZOE MARDEN’s landscape, we will witness THE SHAVED WITCHES RAVE,alongside a gentle introduction to the extended notions Marden introduces through her work.
Marden is an artist #COMMUNEEAST is elated to bring to the programme, her thoughts and practice escalate into the stratosphere that we want to stand by and applaud.

Marden’s ritual sci fi performances traverse solar systems as well as different mediums. Marden works with sound, moving image, sculpture, performance and installation. Her practice explores alternate worlds and speculative futures and is currently in the midst of a long term research project that investigates the figure of the Witch as archetype for the feminist imaginary. She has performed and exhibited at Manifesta 11, Artlicks weekend, The Moth Club, Vogue Fabrics and Girls Only London among others. She is currently in her first year of an MA in Moving Image at the Royal College of Art. She ran the project space, Corretger5 in Barcelona from 2010 to 2012 and co-founded the nomadic experimental research platform: ccthenr in 2013 whilst doing an MFA in curating at Goldsmiths.
